"MOMS Offering Moms Support®"
MOMS Club of League
City-East, TX is a local chapter of the International MOMS Club, a
non-profit, non-denominational, support group for mothers who have
decided to stay at home to raise their children. We
are committed to supporting your decision to stay at home and
raise your children. We offer many opportunities for moms to
connect with other moms. We meet during the day and children are
always welcome at ALL
events.
Activities and Events
Our monthly business meeting occurs on the last Wednesday
of the month. All other activities vary in day & time
(with the exception of play groups) so everyone has a chance to
participate, regardless of their schedule. Activities are
never in the same place. We try to spread them all over
our area (unless we take a field trip) to make it fair for
everyone.
Our monthly activities may include, but are
not limited to, the following:
Craft Day,
Coffee
Talk,
Moms Lunch,
Ice Cream Social,
Park Day,
Playgroups,
Club Social/Meeting, Mom’s Night Out,
Family Night Out,
Field trips to the zoo, children's museum, or Moody Gardens
and a required Service Project to benefit children in our
community.
Service Projects
To
give back to the community and support children in need we are
required to complete a service project each year that benefits
children. Projects require volunteers to
help with fundraising and organizing.
